Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, EverAnswer requests access to create, read, and manage calendar events solely to check your availability and book appointments on your behalf when a caller requests one during a call. We do not access, modify, or delete any other calendar data, sharing settings, or other calendars in your Google account.
If you choose to connect Google Sheets, EverAnswer requests access to read and write to a spreadsheet you specify solely to log call data to that spreadsheet. We do not access any other spreadsheets in your Google account beyond what you connect.
You can disconnect either integration at any time from your EverAnswer dashboard, which revokes EverAnswer's access to your Google account. EverAnswer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
EverAnswer records and transcribes phone calls handled by your AI agent. By using EverAnswer, you agree to notify your callers that their calls may be recorded, as required by applicable law. Call recording laws vary by state — some states require all parties to consent to recording. You are responsible for compliance with applicable recording laws in your jurisdiction.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call logs, recordings, and transcripts are retained for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel your account, you may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@everanswer.io.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

EverAnswer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
